You find a dream home and we win the contract. You are in escrow.
The process of buying a home, once in contract, can be like riding a roller coaster - exhilarating, nerve-wracking, fun and thrilling. I'm with you every step of the way. I will help manage the transaction with several different parties including listing brokers, inspectors, title representatives, lenders, appraisers and sometimes lawyers.
Once we have finalized all negotiations and satisfied ourselves with our due diligence period, we move to close escrow. Your loan is funded and all proceeds are transferred to the seller. The file is transferred to the county and is recorded. You are now the owner of your dream home!
