It is important that there is not an overexposure, too. This may cause buyers to see the property as distressed or to assume that the seller is desperate.
When selling your house, I will ensure that home showings are supervised either by myself or another professional real estate agent. Buyers must schedule a showing with either myself or their agent, thus being pre-screened. This gives you, the Seller, time to prepare your house with the peace of mind of knowing that buyers will be chaperoned through your home.
