At Coldwell Banker, I specialize in residential and investment property sales. I got my real estate license when I moved back to my hometown of Sacramento, in 2010, to raise a family. I started in property management where I learned that it takes a strong foundation to build a beautiful home. My foundation was working with investor clients, managing their properties at first, then selling and acquiring new ones along the way.
In 2015, I became a full-time realtor. Since then, I’ve expanded my client base to include not only investors but family and friends comprised of sellers or buyers who seek professional guidance in their real estate transaction. I pride myself on communication, integrity and focus. Every client is unique, as is every sale, and my goal is to achieve and exceed my client’s expectations. My business is “referral only” and my success is thanks to my clients and our successful transaction together.
At Coldwell Banker, we are immediately responsive to the needs of our clients. We have the latest in innovative marketing to enhance our clients’ experience and chances to maximize their property’s potential in the marketplace. Further, our relationships with contractors, vendors and handymen will enable us to save you time and money in the process of getting your home ready to sell. Please feel free to contact me if I can provide any assistance or information to facilitate your real estate questions or needs.
